Dr Pangarkar teaches strategy and international business on the EMBA, MBA and BBA programs. He is a regular faculty on executive education programs.

His research interests lie in strategic management and international business – specifically cross-border strategic alliances, mode of entry and global strategy. His most recent book is High Performance Companies: Successful Strategies from the World's Top Achievers. Dr Pangarkar's research has been published in the form of several international journal articles, conference proceedings, cases, and book chapters.
